• What is the difference between our Heathrow taxi and our Heathrow luxury car service?
Our Heathrow taxi service will get you to and from Heathrow Airport on time, in total comfort and with the assurance of being driven by one of our professionally experienced drivers. An upgrade to our luxury car service will give you that extra level of style as well as comfort. With complimentary bottled water, a newspaper and Wi-Fi upon request all included within the price, you have everything you need to enjoy the ride whilst your driver takes care of the rest.
• Is the online price all inclusive?
Booking price includes 30 minutes waiting time from the selected time after landing and includes car parking charges.
• Do I need to know which terminal I will be travelling to/from when booking?
We will need to know which London airport terminal to take you to/pick you up from however, if you don't know this information at the time of booking we can book your transfer and confirm the terminal with you at a later date.
• Do I need to know my flight number?
If you are booking a transfer to collect you from the airport, we will require your flight number in order to track your flight. We do this so that we can ensure that your driver arrives at the airport at the correct time. Again, if you are not sure of your flight number at the time of booking we can confirm this with you closer to the date of travel.
• Do you provide and charge for child seats?
Child seats can be arranged and provided free of charge provided you notify us when you make your booking.
• Where/how do I meet my driver at the terminal?
Your driver will have tracked your flight and will enter the terminal at the time you requested when booking. They will have a name board and meet you at our arranged meeting point in Arrivals. Our meeting points are as follows:
Heathrow Terminal 1 – Meeting point is outside Costa Coffee on the ground floor which is situated near to the International Arrivals area.
Heathrow Terminal 2 – Meeting point is outside the Heathrow Airport Information desk which is situated near to the International Arrivals area.
Heathrow Terminal 3 – Meeting point is outside the Tourist Information desk which is situated near to the Heathrow International Arrivals area.
Heathrow Terminal 4 – Meeting point is outside Costa Coffee on the ground floor which is situated near to the International Arrivals area.
Heathrow Terminal 5 – Meeting point is outside Costa Coffee on the ground floor which is situated near to the International Arrivals area.

• When will I meet my Heathrow transfer driver?
At the time of booking your Heathrow car service, you will need to enter the period of time after landing that you would like the driver to enter the terminal. Both our operations team and your driver will track your flight and enter at that requested time – if your flight lands early or is delayed we adjust our meeting time accordingly.
• How and when do I pay for my Heathrow car transfer?
You can pay for your transfer by cash or card. If paying by cash, this can be paid directly to the driver at the time of travelling. If you wish to pay by card, you can do this at the point of booking or nearer the time over the telephone if you are booking in advance.
• My pick up/destination point is not included in your system, how can I make a booking?

• Do I need to book my Heathrow taxi in advance?
Yes, all our transfers are booked in advance. This can be on the same day as travel, but allow enough time for us to get a driver to you in time.
• Are there any extra charges for flight delays?
The price you pay includes, half an hour car parking and waiting time after selected time once flight has landed, you would have selected this at the time of your booking i.e. 60 minutes after flight lands plus 30 minutes included in the price, 90 minutes in total. Your driver will always track your flight in order to avoid entering the car park too early. However, if the driver is required to park for longer than the first half an hour this will be payable.
• Can I get an online quote for my airport transfer?

• What do I do if I don't know the destination postcode?
Just give us a call on 0208 240 4456 or drop us an email at email@example.com and we will discuss a quote with you.
• What happens after I have made an online booking?
You will receive your email confirmation and you will then have all the information you need! If you want to check anything regarding your booking or make any changes before your journey, call us on 0208 240 4456 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
• What happens if I haven't received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?
Contact the office immediately on 0208 240 4456.
• Do you provide transfers any time of day or night?
Yes, our drivers are happy to carry out your journey any time of day or night. Our office is also open 24/7 meaning that you can always contact us if there is anything you require assistance with.
• Can I smoke in the car?
We have a no smoking policy in all of our vehicles in order to ensure that each car is kept in the most pristine of conditions. If during your journey you will need a cigarette break, please communicate this with your driver and arrange a safe and comfortable place to stop..
• Do I receive a receipt?
Your booking confirmation will confirm your payment however, if you specifically need a receipt we can provide you with one on request.
• What airports do you pick-up and drop off at?
We arrange transfers from all London airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and more. If you cannot find the airport you're looking for just get in touch with us on 0208 240 4456 or at email@example.com.
• What if I leave from one airport, but return to a different one to the one you dropped me at?
This is not an issue; our journeys are treated as individual journeys. You can complete two bookings via our secure online form, or call our operations team to coordinate your collections.
• Do you offer a variety of luxury vehicles?
Yes, we offer several options depending on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. We also have upgrade options for each size of vehicle to a luxury service. See our fleet for further information.
• Do you cater for disabilities?
Whatever your needs, we will work with you to ensure that your journey is as comfortable and hassle free as possible. Just let us know of any requirements you have and we will endeavour to make your transfer as easy as possible.
• How many people can your vehicles fit?
We have a range of vehicles in our fleet catering for different numbers of passengers. Our Transfer service can accommodate between 1 – 3 passengers, our Plus service is for up to 5 and our Extra service caters for up to 8.
• Can I take ski equipment?
We can arrange our larger vehicles for transporting ski equipment. Make sure you let us know at the time of booking that this equipment is included in your luggage so that we can arrange the correct size vehicle for your requirements.
• Do your drivers wear uniforms?
Our drivers adhere to a strict dress code policy, wearing a suit and a tie (for male drivers) ensuring that they are just as presentable as their vehicles.
• Booking from abroad?

• Is there a meet and greet service available?
All of our London airport pickups include a meet and greet service. Your driver will keep track of your flight, ensuring that they enter the terminal at the right time to be waiting for you as you arrive and help with any luggage you might have.
• Are the prices per passenger or per vehicle?
All our charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.

• Do you provide a pick-up service from my home going to the airport too?
Of course, we will pick you up from the location you request if you are on your way to Heathrow, Gatwick Airport or any other London Airport.
• Is my booking reference proof of purchase or do I need anything else to show the driver?
Your email confirmation is all you need for your journey. Your driver will have your name and contact number and if you are being collected from the airport, they will also have a name board to make it easier for you to find each other.
